Primer on Center of Government

Public administration reform is a traditional UNDP support area and members responded with overwhelming responses full of insights, comparative experiences, examples of good practices, and, relevant resources. In the interest of institutional memory, we combined two related queries from Afghanistan into a comprehensive CR. Responding to the members demands, we will launch a Network Primer on Center of Government Institutions in mid 2009.
