You should login with your UNDP e-mail and the same password you use for accessing your e-mail and other UNDP applications. OPAS is fully integrated with the UNDP Directory; Which is how UNDP users can continue to use the same password they use for every other UNDP application.
(i.e. Your username is your undp.address and password is the intranet password )
If you are facing difficulties logging in:
If in doubt, go to UNDP Intranet and try logging in. If you cannot login then you should contact a UNDP HQ administrator, then try again once you are able to login at UNDP Intranet. Then try logging with OPAS with the same password.
Then you are encouraged to contact the MDF-F Secretariat at mdgf.secretariat@undp.org or you can contact the IT Support for OPAS directly at opas@itsyn.com.
You should have received an e-mail from OPAS when your account was automatically created the first time. Ideally, you should find this e-mail with your username and password and use this information to login. They should always work.
You could try resetting your password by clicking the "Request new password" link above. Once activated, you will receive an e-mail which will give you a special link which you can use to login without entering any username/password. Once you are logged in, the first thing to do should be to change your password so you can login in next time. The link in the e-mail will not work except for the first time only for security reasons.
